Hereafter Bluelight Limos Ltd shall be known as "the company" and the person signing the agreement shall be known as "the hirer". It will be deemed that the hirer accepts responsibility for him/herself and for every person in his/her party and fully agrees to the conditions of hire as follows:

- In event of any alteration or cancellation by the hirer, the deposit paid shall be forfeited.
- The same conditions shall apply to the balance if not notified of cancellation in writing 14 days prior to the hire.
- The company can accept no responsibility for adverse weather conditions, e.g. snow; nor traffic problems which may cause delay or cancellation.
- Whilst every effort is afforded, no responsibility can be accepted for any breakdowns however they are caused. However, every effort will be made to continue the journey albeit not in a "limousine" vehicle. A full or partial refund will be given pro rata for the amount of journey not made in the limousine following a breakdown.
- In the event of conditions 5 and/or 6 no responsibility will be accepted for missing connections, functions or consequential loss however caused.

- Complimentary alcoholic drinks supplied by the company must not be removed from the limousine.
- Alcohol provided is for consumption only by people over 18 years of age. ID may be requested if this is questionable.
- The hirer shall be fully responsible and liable for any damage, loss or theft, whether malicious or accidental, caused to the limousine by the hirer or any member of his/her party. The hirer will be liable for all reasonable repair costs plus any loss resulting from loss of bookings. This includes incitement to any third party that results in damage / loss.
- Valet charges from £100 will be invoiced to the hirer in the event of excess spillage or vomit or loss of bodily fluids inside our vehicle by any member of the party including the hirer.
- The company reserve the right to refuse entry to any person/s they deem unfit for any reason and can refuse to continue a journey if any person/s behave in a manner that may endanger him/herself or other members of the party and/or the driver or the limousine. - Reasonable time will be allowed for delays in returning to the vehicle, however, any waiting time in excess of 15 minutes of the agreed pick up time may be charged to the client at the applicable rate. Should any excessive delay interfere with other bookings, the company reserves the right to cancel the agreement and will leave the point of pick up. All efforts will be made to contact the client in order to prevent this.
- As the journey will involve loud music and flashing lights and strobes it is the responsibility of the hirer to inform the company prior to the trip of any person who may suffer a reaction to these influences.
- Although the company will ensure that every care is taken, no responsibility will be given for the loss, theft or damage to luggage or personal items the hirer or their party.
